The Address Downtown Hotel is located next to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The project comprises a mix of hotel and service apartments 63 floors in height, positioned on a richly landscaped podium. Following the fire that broke out in 2016, Detailed survey, testing, redesign, and remediation works were required to reinstate the systems to a safe, Local authority-compliant stage. This project is unique in the design and execution process – required presentation to top officials of DM/DCD on strategies and extensive coordination was involved with various design teams and authorities.
