The Saadiyat Beach Villas complex is located on the northwest shore of Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.
Mohammed Shameer was the lead designer for the MEP services for this phase II of development, during his tenure at WME. The project comprised of 83 villas and a community centre, are being configured to make the most of the completed infrastructure and utility installations that were based on an earlier master plan.
