The Logistics Admin Building (LAB) will be situated in the NEOM Logistics Park which is approximately 14km from Sharma along with the Sharma to Tabuk Road. The project will be located at Plot 1 of the NEOM Laydown. The project includes a semi-permanent structure that follows a containerized design to facilitate off-site installation and transfer; with easy decommissioning further to the life of the project.
DSI was appointed as the MEP / FLS design consultant for the project under ModSys – who are the Design and Build Contractor for the project. DSI deployment also included for the development of BIM models for Architecture, Structures, and MEP initially to LOD 300 and further to LOD 500 as-built documentation.
