Located on a prime site in Downtown Dubai, Downtown Views II provides a good view of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall Fountain. The project comprises three residential towers, 64, 59, and 52 floors in height, positioned on a richly landscaped podium.
Two of DSI’s lead teams – Ramseed Mohamood and Mohammed Shameer had led the MEP engineering team. The use of Building Information Modeling from the concept of the project has allowed to significantly reduce typical slab to slab heights resulting in substantial costs savings to the project by extensively coordinating the Services to minimize the required distribution zone depths.
